You’ll also see wild animals like rabbits, goats, kangaroos, deer, and birds such as blue wrens, robin redbreasts, and black cockatoos—perfect for wildlife encounters and birdwatching. THE SPACE
Bellellen Park 1 by Tiny Away offers an amazing tiny house experience just 9 minutes from the town of Stawell and around 12 minutes from Halls Gap. The retreat is surrounded by mountain views, beautiful sunsets, and grazing sheep to keep you company. It’s perfect for anyone looking for peaceful holiday homes to relax, while being close to nature.

Nearby attractions include Halls Gap Zoo, Clematis Falls, Venus Baths, and Pinnacle Lookout. For the ultimate nature escape, Grampians National Park is just 28 minutes away.

This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home features a fire pit and BBQ, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette equipped for cooking, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Bellellen Park 2," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.

LOCATIONS
Guests can access the tiny home and walk through the paddocks and creeks, but not the main house or sheds unless necessary. Pets allowed with an additional $15 fee. Small dogs only with 24 hrs notice and must be kept on a leash at all times. A $200 fine applies if a dog attacks a sheep.
- Child-friendly accommodation - Gas BBQ & Trash bins are provided - All mobile networks have weak signals - Expect 200 Aussie White x Dorper sheep - Bottled water and rainwater are available - No unregistered guests or visitors allowed - We have 2 free-roaming friendly dogs onsite - We have arround 200 Aussie White x Dorper sheep on the property. - No smoking inside, except outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts in trash bin - Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests - Please clean up after your dog/cats shedding before checking out - Please keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals, especially our sheep - Remember to close the gates behind you, whether you are leaving or entering the property - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets allowed with an additional $15 fee. Small dogs only with 24 hrs notice and must be kept on a leash at all times. A $200 fine applies if a dog attacks a sheep. The full pet policy will be sent before arrival. Important note: - Fires must remain within the designated fire pit area - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. There is quite a few native animals frequent the property, like kangaroos, deer, echidna, & bird life. It is close to local hotel & wineries, with bus/helicopter, tours that can be arranged. 25 minutes to the Grampians National Park, so plenty of sight seeing with water falls, lakes, zoo, art galleries & walking/hiking trails to fill your time in.
