THE SPACE
Belrose Estate by Tiny Away is one of the charming holiday homes perched on top of a hill in Dumbalk, close to Venus Bay, Meeniyan, and Tarra Bulga National Park, among other attractions.
This cozy 139-square-foot studio unit is perfect for two people/adults with a queen-sized bed, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking tools, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except for the host's private residence and vineyards. We also ask guests to shut the gates when entering or leaving the property.
Pre-orders are all available with 24 hrs prior notice:
- We offer a bottle of wine with a cheese platter for two for $50.00.
- Our wine retails are at $90.00.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Mobile reception is good
- Smoking is allowed in front of tiny house
- Breakfast is available for an extra cost of $20
- No unregistered or visitors allowed on the property
- Please notify the host if you're bringing a pet—pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are welcome for a fee of A$30 per pet, per night (house-trained pets preferred) and must be leashed at all times—full policy provided before booking.
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

HWe had a wonderful time, surrounded by breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable.RHad such a lovely time! It was a bit closer to the house than I thought but not a big deal! The place was super clean and organised! The host was proactive and welcoming when messaging! The camp fire view was so beautiful at night! Had a great time and would definitely go back!SI loved my stay at Lana’s place. The views were spectacular - I literally woke up to a sea of green, rolling hills. The tiny house was gorgeous and had everything (and more than!) I needed. A beautiful comfy bed, lovely clean bathroom and a big outdoor area with chairs and a fire pit. Lana’s communication was excellent - and her partner came out with a glass of local red wine (which was delicious) and treats for my corgi, Jerry! Little things like that make such a difference. There was also a wonderful array of complimentary treats in the fridge and the quality of all the products (shampoo etc) was fabulous. This was my first tiny house stay and I truly hit the jackpot. I highly recommended this absolute gem and will 100% be back ❤️CGreat stay. Beautiful views. Host was helpful and responsive.Aa great place to unwind and get away from the busy city, what we love about the place is the magnificent view
