Maluridae Creek Views by Tiny Away is located in the tranquil neighbourhoods of Lawrence-Smeaton Lawrence-Smeaton, just 28 minutes from Ballarat. Clunes Market, Lal Lal Falls, Blue Waters Creswick, Lake Wendouree Adventure Playground, and the amazing Mill Markets Daylesford are just a few of the nearby attractions to visit.

One of the closest accommodation Melbourne retreats of 113 square feet with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria getaway here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property— where a second tiny house sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, you can contact the land host ahead of time to make arrangements.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.
- Pets not allowed - No smoking allowed on the property - Please note that some areas are shared - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Breakfast basket is available for an extra cost of $25 - Firewood costs $20 per load and must be pre-paid to the land host prior arrival (unavailable from December 2024 to March 2025) - Good mobile reception for Optus and Telstra, including other Aussie broadband users - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Guest-use amenities - Communal gas BBQ grill is available for use during non-fire ban days - Fire pit and firewood are unavailable from December 2024 to March 2025 Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a fire ban period - Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
