O Refugio do Olival 2 by Tiny Away is located in Pereira, Trás-os-Montes region, Portugal, just 20 minutes from Mirandela. Our mobile home gives you access to a centennial olive grove, golden afternoon light, stunning sunsets, a swimming pool and authentic rural serenity.

Experience tiny house living while exploring amazing attractions such as the Tua River, Santa Clara Dam, Barranco do Demo Walkway, Fonte Santa Thermal Baths, Santa Clara Dam River Beach, Praia Fluvial de Mirandela, and the Olive and Oil Museum.

A cozy 252-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flushing toilet, hand basin, and an electric-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

There are two mobile homes on the property. “Refugio do Olival 1” is approximately 125 meters from the main house, while “Refugio do Olival 2” is about 127 meters away. The two tiny houses are 22 meters apart from each other.

LOCATIONS
Guests can access the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence. There are two pools on-site (a normal pool and a bio pool). Both pools are available for Tiny Away guests and guests from their own accommodation. Tiny Away guests have easier access to the normal pool than the bio pool (no water treatment), as the normal pool is nearer to the tiny house. The distance between the normal pool and both tiny houses is about 25m. Both pools may be covered/closed during winter. Please note there is no breakfast option, guests can get something along the way or dine in a restaurant at Center of Mirandela: https://maps.app.goo.gl/jjMxdBvVUtpfmfPd7 For shopping and groceries, Mirandela has larger supermarkets such as Continente, Pingo Doce, Lidl, and Intermarché, while Murça offers charming local bakeries, wine shops, butcheries, and regional produce stores.
- Wifi is available - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Mobile reception is overall good (5G-NOS/Vodafone/MEO ; 4G-DIGI) - Connectivity is good, even that we are in a rural locality - Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor area with ashtrays - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving Pets Policy: - Pets are allowed and may run freely under supervision, as there will be other guests on the property. The houses are spaced apart, but some supervision is still required. Important note: - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. - Open fire are not available during a total fire ban - Keep an eye out for snakes or other animals as the property is located in bushland (or grassland) areas - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property. Children are welcome under close adult supervision.
