Plain Bush by Tiny Away sits in Bohena Creek behind tall pine trees in a quiet dog-friendly pocket with a secure 400-metre fenced yard that keeps wild pigs and foxes out.

The tiny house sits on land where kangaroos, rabbits, goannas, and birdlife move through untouched country. You are only 15 minutes away from the nearby town of Narrabri, so day trips to Mount Kaputar, the Australia Telescope Compact Array, Pilliga Forest, or Horton Falls National Park stay simple and fun.

The 139-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking gear, and a private bathroom with a gas-heated shower, hand basin, and eco-friendly cassette toilet.

Guests have full access to the tiny house and its outdoor space. The tiny house zone is open for you to enjoy, and access to the main home remains private. Contact is by phone only, so we can arrange a guided tour or point you toward the free walking track that leads into 200 acres of bushland. There are cattle in these paddocks, so it’s important to check in with me first before you head out to explore.
- Farm tour is offered for $70 for 2 persons - Wifi is available - Gas BBQ grill is available - The property is suitable for kids - Pets should be kept on a leash at all times - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please note that more extended stays or late check-outs will incur an extra charge - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent before arrival - Dogs may roam within the tiny house area as long as the entrance gate to the yard is kept closed - Smoking is permitted 15 metres from the tiny home in the designated open area with seating - Telstra and Vodafone have strong mobile reception, while other providers may have weak or no signal Important note: - For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
