Rose Hill by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful town of Neerim South, West Gippsland. The farm stay is only 9 minutes from the town of Jindivick and close to attractions like Brandy Creek Winery, Middels Restaurant, and Civic Park, which is a pet-friendly environment.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

LOCATIONS
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and main shed. Firewood is available at the local IGA, and firepit use is subject to owner approval due to fire safety and weather conditions.
- No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please dispose of your trashes properly when you leave the tiny house - Do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host's permission - Keep in mind that we have two large dogs restricted to the house yard that occasionally bark - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Important note: - Please advise that we have electric fences installed on the property - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines so we can help protect the environment - Please report any damages or breakages inside or outside the property 24 hours before your departure - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Will absolutely be returning! The hosts are super warm and friendly, the view is amazing, the local restaurant are incredible for people with coeliac and if you’re lucky to be there during kid season, you can hang with some baby goats!

The place was lovely and the view was spectacular. Likewise , the location was just perfect . Nathan was very accomodating and responded in a timely manner . It was a pleasant gate away for us. However , we were excited to use the grill for our morning breakfast but fortunately the BBQ grill was dirty with spider webs and looks like the previous guests didn’t clean it well and had a used foil tray left behind. Good thing that the property had a hot plate or us to use which was thoughtful. The toilet was a bit old school one where you had to cover it with the recycled shred filler instead of a water flush . Besides these the rest were fabulous . The property was clean , all the amenities were provided along with hot plates, cutlery, microwave and pans . Thankyou Nathan for a wonderful experience .
