THE SPACE
Saddle Camp Tiny House 1 by Tiny Away is located in a tranquil neighbourhood in Braidwood, just an hour's drive from Canberra. And, if you're up for some fresh seafood and waves, Batesman Bay is just 50 minutes away, along with Batehaven, Sunshine Bay, and Surf Beach.
This cozy 170-square-foot tiny home features a lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible double bed couch on the ground floor, making it perfect for two adults and two children. It offers easy access to water, split-system air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities, including an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the meadows, trails, cafe, and clubhouse facilities.
If you are interested, we also have pre-orders and activities listed below by prior arrangement with the host 24 hrs before arrival.
- Horse riding is available by prior request from the host
- Facial and body treatment inhouse provided at extra cost
- Breakfast hampers and room service are available to guests
- There is also a spa at the Clubhouse on the verandah to relax in, please make prior arrangements with the host
- Pack your swimwear as there are beautiful "Swimming Holes on the Shoalhaven River" just a 3-minute drive away.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property— where 2 tiny houses sit on the same property. If you want to book in groups, you can contact the land host ahead of time to make arrangements.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Wifi is available
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors on the property
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- For electric car drivers, there's a 15-amp power outlet next to the tiny house to charge their vehicles
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival
- Farm guidelines will be provided before your booking is confirmed. Kindly read through them and follow all instructions during your visit.
Important note:
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

HOW ISOLATED IS THE TINY HOUSE?
Tiny Away and our host respects the privacy of the guests and will do our best to give you absolute privacy during your stay with us. We do have 2 tiny houses in this property and it is about 50m apart. It is within walking distance to each other but guests in both tiny houses will have their absolute privacy during the stay.

MWonderful house and location, but the host Helen is the real star. She was lovely, very responsive and gave plenty of pointers, all while still respecting privacy.BAlways amazing and follow up communication is great .
If you want some piece and quiet this is the place .YOur little getaway at Braidwood was so amazing! Our host Helen was absolutely lovely and was so helpful! The place is very very clean and the bed was so comfortable too. We had no problem with the cold night as there were both heating and air conditioning.
