THE SPACE
Tiny Inja 1 by Tiny Away is situated in the peaceful town of Kurrajong, East Australia. Our holiday homes are situated 75 kilometres north-west of Sydney and are surrounded by wide-open spaces, dense forests, and birdlife.
Exciting attractions include Bilpin Cider Co, the Grand Canyon Walking Track, Blue Mountains Botanic Garden, Bungarribee Park and Cattai National Park.
A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible double bed couch on the ground floor. All with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be a second tiny house called, “Tiny Inja 2” , located 50 meters away. For group bookings, contact the host in 24 hrs advance.

Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.
Preorders are available with 24 hrs prior notice:
Clients can grab wood themselves. Each house now has a woodpile and a milk crate . It is $20/crate and the bank details are in the house.
ADVISORY:
- Check-in time is before 9 PM only.
- Expect free-roaming pets on the property.
- Please note we are situated in a lively neighborhood with occasional noise.
- We supply pots & pans, crockery & cutlery, dishwashing soap, tea, coffee & sugar and Salt & Pepper.
- Cooking Facilities: Induction cooktop, Charcoal BBQ, a microwave, and an open fire (weather permitting)
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Wifi is available.
- No smoking allowed
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
- Please keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft are steep
- Keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.
- We would like to advise guests that longer check-outs will incur an additional charge.
Important note:
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban.
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- We are surrounded by working farms and potential noise from neighbours mowing or working
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the flushing toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.

Tiny house is about 120 meters from the main house, facing away from the main house and 50 meters away from the other tiny house. It is located 250 meters from road. Please note that you might hear road noise and working equipment on neighbouring properties.

CPeaceful and relaxing.
It was lovely to be able to sit around the fire bucket with a glass of wine and totally relaxNreally cute an quiet place.EWas the perfect little get away. Highly recommend adding on the wood fire for $15. Inside was so homely and even had aircon for the chilly night. Hosts very accommodating, car didn’t start in the morning and they even helped us jump start it. Can’t recommend enough- Such a beautiful little house!JAmazing little get away worth the money and very clean the getaway was just not long enough in such a beautiful placeAGreat stay at this sweet little hideaway. Very private and peaceful. A bit cold in winter but would be wonderful the rest of the year.
