Van Demears Escapes by Tiny Away is a lovely tiny house in Tamborine, only 50 minutes from Brisbane’s buzz, where you swap skyscrapers for Friesian stallions, fluffy Dachshund pups, and forest calm. These holiday homes in Tamborine are perfectly close to the city yet wonderfully peaceful and unique.

Tucked into a forest in South East Queensland's hinterland, this hidden spot offers total privacy with nature on your doorstep. Near Mt Tamborine, Cedar Creek Falls, Broadwater Parklands, Logan River Parklands, Berrinba Wetlands, and Windaroo Lakes Golf Club.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guests can access the tiny home and its surroundings. The main house is accessible by invitation only. Preorders with 24 hrs’ notice: - Extras like breakfast, firewood, horse riding, farm tours, and swimming are available at additional cost. For more info, please contact the host!
- BBQ grill is available - Wifi is currently not available - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Smoking is allowed on designated areas of the property - A dog yard near the main home may occasionally be noisy - Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra; Weak signals for the rest - The tiny home is safely set back, away from the dog yard, ensuring privacy - Breakfast, firewood, and coal are available upon request at an additional cost - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
