A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with natural seasonal views, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

Guests will have access to the tiny home and the surrounding areas, except for others that may need the land host's permission. Recreational activities on-site like outdoor baths and movies, plus preorder meals, are available for a fee—arrange with the host 24hrs before arrival.
- No smoking allowed on the property - Only Telstra has good mobile reception - No unregistered guests or visitors allowed - Car to be parked next to the tiny home only - Not suitable for children as we have two dams in the property - Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are $30 each per stay, must be leashed, and a fee is collected at check-in. Full pet policy sent before booking. Important note: - No BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Explore Redbank Nature Conservation Reserve and Kara Kara National Park for hiking and biking. Visit Sallys Paddock for wine tasting and platters. Shop local at Avoca Riverside Market (4th Sunday monthly, 40+ stalls) and Talbot Farmers Market (3rd Sunday monthly, featuring fresh organic produce and baked goods).

Thanks Kym and GB for having us! We left feeling so rejuvenated. The tiny home was cosy, peaceful and had so many touches thanks to Kym who was an outstanding and generous host. She even set out a beautiful bottle of champagne for us as it was our anniversary. We also got the movie package which we loved! It was a cold night but we didn’t even realise as the electric throws were super warm and snuggly. We greatly appreciated that it is pet friendly so we were able to include our dog in our weekend away. He had a blast. My only regret is that I forgot to buy a bottle or two of their wine before we left! Have recommended this stay to a number of friends.

By far one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed at! Kym was an incredibly communicative host, took effort in developing a relationship and made sure everything was to our liking. Her attention to detail with organising the ammenities and supplies within the tiny home is incredible. Really appreciate the complementary wine tasting and broad selection of plant-based milk. We opted to add in the "Movie Under the Stars" and "Firewood" to our stay. Highly recommend it! Kym prepared treats for us to snack on during the movie. It was a fairly cold evening, but warm electric blankets were provided which kept us nice and cozy. Cannot give any more praise for our stay. Thank you so much for making my partner's birthday celebration so special!

Our stay at Kym's tiny house was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy nature. We celebrated my husband's birthday here and Kym was amazing in helping me decorate with balloons, cake, and she even gifted my husband a delicious bottle of wine and a birthday card. Although we had booked the "movies under the stars" experience, the wind prevented us from enjoying it outdoors. However, Kym didn't let that ruin our night. She brought us popcorn and sweets and set everything up so we could enjoy the movie inside the tiny house. We also had the "baths under the stars" experience reserved, but due to the wind, we couldn't enjoy it. We will definitely be coming back when the wind is not as strong to experience both of these and because we absolutely loved our stay. I would highly recommend this place a thousand percent, and Kym is an incredible host. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!.

We celebrated my husbands birthday here and loved everything about it. Kym's attention to detail was amazing and she and GB helped make the day so special. The Bath treatment and the movie package was soo amazing. Again, Thank you for making my husbands bday so memorable. Highly recommend if you want to create some unique memories.
