Exploring The Charm Of Boorowa

Tiny Boorowa is on the outskirts of Boorowa, just 90 minutes from Canberra. The location is the perfect balance between urban and country with views of a sheep grazing paddock on your doorstep, and the road to the city centre out the back.

I was impressed not just by the location, but the charm and history of Boorowa.  I headed to the Boorowa Hotel for dinner.  Known for their generous and tasty meals, I opted for the chicken parmigiana and a cider, both of which did not disappoint.  I read my book to the laughter and chatter of locals and tourists and a recital by another diner on the piano in the corner.  It was a lively night!

Tiny Boorowa was a great getaway location, I had time to myself, and also enjoyed the local atmosphere.
